Customers are responsible for manually renewing their subscription prior to expiration to avoid service interruption. Sharing of subscription credentials with individuals outside the customer's immediate household may be considered a breach of the Terms of Service and may result in account suspension or termination without refund.

5. Payment, Billing, and Transaction Processing

5.5 Transaction Records and Invoicing

6. Refund Policy

6.1 General Refund Principles

This seven (7) day period constitutes the sole and exclusive refund eligibility window recognized by IPTVSubscription.me.

The refund window opens: on the date and time at which the subscription is activated and credentials are delivered to the customer.

The refund window closes: exactly seven (7) calendar days from the activation date, at 23:59:59 hours (UTC), inclusive of the activation date as Day 1.

Refund requests submitted after the expiration of the seven (7) day window will be automatically deemed ineligible and will be rejected without exception, regardless of the circumstances, reasons, or arguments presented by the customer.

6.3 Conditions for Refund Eligibility

A refund request submitted within the seven (7) day window is not automatically approved. To qualify for a refund, the customer must satisfy all of the following conditions:

— The refund request must be submitted in writing via email to Watch@IPTVSubscription.me or through the designated support channel on the IPTVSubscription.me website.

— The refund request must clearly state the customer's registered email address, order number, subscription plan purchased, date of activation, and the specific technical reason for the refund request.

— The customer must have made reasonable and documented attempts to resolve the technical issue with IPTVSubscription.me customer support prior to submitting the refund request, unless the issue is of such a nature that support intervention would be futile.

— The refund request must be the first such request submitted by the customer. Customers who have previously received a refund from IPTVSubscription.me are not eligible for additional refunds.

— The subscription must not have been used excessively. IPTVSubscription.me reserves the right to deny refund requests where the service has been substantially used, as determined by server-side usage logs.

6.4 Eligible Grounds for Refund

Refunds may be approved solely under the following qualifying circumstances:

— The service was never activated despite confirmed payment and the customer has not received activation credentials within forty-eight (48) hours of payment.

— The service was activated but is entirely non-functional due to a technical fault attributable to IPTVSubscription.me's platform or infrastructure, and IPTVSubscription.me has been unable to resolve the issue within seventy-two (72) hours of a reported support ticket.

— The customer was charged more than once for the same order due to a billing system error on the part of IPTVSubscription.me (duplicate charge refunds apply to the duplicate amount only, not the original purchase).

— The customer received a service substantially different from the plan description as published on the IPTVSubscription.me website at the time of purchase.

6.5 Non-Refundable Circumstances

Notwithstanding any other provision of this Policy, refund requests will be rejected under the following non-exhaustive list of circumstances:

— The refund request is submitted after the expiration of the seven (7) calendar day refund window, under any and all circumstances without exception.

— The customer has changed their mind about the purchase or no longer wishes to use the service (change of mind is not a valid ground for refund for digital services).

— Service interruptions, degradation in quality, or limitations arising from the customer's own internet service provider (ISP), hardware, device, network configuration, or connectivity issues.

— Service limitations resulting from geographic access restrictions, ISP-level content filtering, or local regulatory blocks not attributable to IPTVSubscription.me.

— The customer claims that IPTV services are unavailable in their region after purchase, where no such geographic restriction was stated at the time of purchase for their stated location.

— The customer experiences technical difficulties that are resolvable through standard troubleshooting assistance, and the customer has refused or failed to cooperate with the IPTVSubscription.me support team.

— The subscription was purchased as part of a promotional, discounted, or trial offer explicitly marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase.

— The customer has violated the Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, or any other applicable policies of IPTVSubscription.me, including but not limited to sharing credentials, unauthorized commercial use, or fraudulent activity.

— The customer has initiated a chargeback or payment dispute through their financial institution without first contacting IPTVSubscription.me support.

— The customer's dissatisfaction relates to content availability, channel lineup, or content quality, as IPTVSubscription.me does not guarantee the availability of any specific channels, programs, or content at any given time.

— Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, governmental actions, cyberattacks, or other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of IPTVSubscription.me.

6.6 Refund Request Procedure

To initiate a refund request, the customer must follow the procedure outlined below:

— Step 1: Contact IPTVSubscription.me customer support by sending an email to Watch@IPTVSubscription.me or via WhatsApp at +1 (579) 539-0985 within the seven (7) day refund window.

— Step 2: Include in the communication: full name, email address used at registration, order confirmation number, date of subscription activation, subscription plan purchased, and a clear and detailed description of the issue experienced.

— Step 3: Allow IPTVSubscription.me support up to forty-eight (48) business hours to review the request, verify eligibility, and respond with a decision.

— Step 4: If the refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase within five (5) to ten (10) business days, subject to the processing timelines of the payment gateway and the customer's financial institution.

— Step 5: If the refund request is denied, the customer will receive a written explanation of the rejection reason. The customer may contest the decision by providing additional supporting documentation within five (5) business days of receiving the denial notice.

6.7 Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within five (5) to ten (10) business days from the date of refund approval. The actual credit posting to the customer's account may take an additional three (3) to seven (7) business days depending on the customer's bank or payment provider. IPTVSubscription.me is not responsible for delays caused by third-party financial institutions.

Refunds are always issued to the original payment method. IPTVSubscription.me does not issue refunds in cash, by cheque, or through alternative payment channels other than the original transaction instrument.

6.8 Partial Refunds

IPTVSubscription.me does not offer partial refunds for partially used subscription periods. In cases where a refund is approved, the full subscription amount for the purchased plan is refunded, and the subscription is immediately terminated upon initiation of the refund process. The customer will lose access to the service upon refund processing.

6.9 Chargeback and Dispute Policy

If a customer initiates a chargeback or payment dispute directly with their bank or payment provider without first attempting to resolve the matter through IPTVSubscription.me's official support channels, the company reserves the right to:

— Immediately suspend or terminate the customer's subscription and access without notice.

— Blacklist the customer's account, email address, payment method, and IP address from future purchases on the platform.

— Contest the chargeback and provide relevant transaction evidence to the payment processor.

— Pursue legal remedies available under applicable law for fraudulent chargeback activity.

7. Service Cancellation Policy

7.1 Customer-Initiated Cancellation

Cancellation of an active subscription does not entitle the customer to a refund of any unused portion of the subscription period, except where the refund request is made within the seven (7) day refund window as described in Section 6 of this Policy, and where all refund eligibility conditions are satisfied.

Upon cancellation, the customer retains access to the service until the end of the current paid subscription period. No prorated refunds are issued for early cancellation outside of the refund window.

7.2 Company-Initiated Suspension or Termination

IPTVSubscription.me reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate a customer's subscription at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

— Violation of the Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, or this Sales and Refund Policy.

— Fraudulent activity, including but not limited to chargebacks, payment fraud, or misrepresentation.

— Use of the service for illegal purposes or in a manner that infringes upon the rights of third parties.

— Sharing of subscription credentials for commercial resale or unauthorized distribution.

— Non-payment or payment reversal.

In the event of a company-initiated termination for cause, the customer will not be entitled to any refund or service credit, irrespective of the remaining subscription period.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, IPTVSubscription.me and Apex Vision Holding shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, or any other intangible losses, arising from or in connection with the customer's use of or inability to use the subscription service.

The aggregate liability of IPTVSubscription.me and Apex Vision Holding arising from or in connection with any subscription purchase shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific subscription plan giving rise to the claim.

IPTVSubscription.me does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Digital services, by their nature, are subject to technological limitations, and the company makes no guarantees beyond what is commercially reasonable and customary for the industry.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

9.1 Applicable Law

This Policy and all matters arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Given the multi-jurisdictional nature of Apex Vision Holding, customers in North America may also have recourse under applicable United States federal and state consumer protection laws.

9.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with this Policy, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through direct negotiation. Customers should submit their complaint in writing to Watch@IPTVSubscription.me or to the registered headquarters address at Keizersgracht 123, 1015 CJ Amsterdam, Netherlands.

If the dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days of submission, either party may refer the matter to competent courts of Amsterdam, Netherlands, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes arising from this Policy, subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions that may apply in the customer's jurisdiction.

For customers in the European Union, the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform may be accessible at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/ as an additional avenue for dispute resolution.

10. Amendments to This Policy
