4. Refund Policy and Consumer Rights

4.1 Refund Eligibility Window
The Company provides a limited refund entitlement exclusively within a period of seven (7) calendar days from the date on which the customer's subscription is activated and/or the first payment is successfully processed. The 7-day refund window is designed to allow customers a reasonable opportunity to evaluate the service. Beyond this period, all sales are final, unconditional, and non-refundable, regardless of the reason for the refund request.

Even within the 7-day eligibility window, a refund request must meet the following criteria to be considered for approval:

— The subscription must not have been used in excess of what constitutes a reasonable evaluation period. Extensive consumption of the service followed by a refund claim may be considered fraudulent and may be declined at the Company's sole discretion.
— The refund must be for a subscription purchased directly through the Company's official website IPTVSubscription.me. Third-party resellers and unauthorized distributors are not covered by this refund policy.
4.3 Non-Refundable Circumstances
The following circumstances render a refund request ineligible regardless of the date of the request:

Partial-Period Refunds: The Company does not issue pro-rated or partial refunds for unused portions of a subscription term, irrespective of whether the refund is requested within or outside the 7-day window.
Technical Issues Attributable to the Customer: Service interruptions, access difficulties, or technical problems caused by the customer's own internet connection, device incompatibility, network configuration, or third-party software are not grounds for a refund.
Change of Mind: A customer's personal change of mind or preference, dissatisfaction with content selections, or decision to switch to a competing service, occurring after the 7-day period, does not constitute grounds for a refund.
Promotions and Discounted Subscriptions: Subscriptions purchased at a promotional discount, as part of a bundle deal, or under a special offer may be subject to additional non-refund terms as specified at the time of purchase. Where no additional terms are specified, the standard 7-day policy applies.
4.4 Refund Processing and Timelines
Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction. The processing timeline depends on the customer's financial institution and payment processor, but typically falls within:
— Credit/Debit Cards: 5 to 14 business days from the date of refund approval.
— PayPal or Digital Wallets: 3 to 7 business days from the date of refund approval.
— Cryptocurrency Payments: Refunds for subscriptions purchased using cryptocurrency will be issued at the equivalent value in the same cryptocurrency at the exchange rate applicable at the time of the refund, not the time of purchase. Cryptocurrency refunds may take up to 10 business days to process. The Company bears no responsibility for fluctuations in cryptocurrency value between the date of purchase and the date of refund.
— Wire Transfers / Bank Transfers: Up to 21 business days, subject to international banking timelines and correspondent bank processing.
The Company reserves the right to deduct any transaction fees, payment gateway charges, or currency conversion costs from the refunded amount if such fees were originally incurred in processing the customer's payment.
4.5 Dispute Resolution and Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first seeking resolution through the Company's official channels may result in permanent account termination and may affect the customer's eligibility for future subscriptions.

Documentation of service delivery, account activity logs, and communication records will be submitted as evidence in chargeback disputes. Where a chargeback is determined to be fraudulent or unjustified, the Company reserves the right to pursue recovery of the disputed amount through available legal channels.

9. Prohibited Conduct
