3. Eligibility & User Obligations

3.1 Age Requirement

4.4 Refund Policy

Given the digital nature of the Services and the immediate activation of subscription access upon purchase, the Company operates a limited refund policy. Refund requests may be considered in the following circumstances:

— The service was not activated or delivered within twenty-four (24) hours of confirmed payment, due to a fault attributable solely to the Company.

— There is a documented and verifiable technical failure on the Company's end that renders the service entirely inaccessible for a period exceeding seventy-two (72) consecutive hours, which the Company has been unable to resolve despite reasonable efforts.

The Company reserves the right to investigate all refund requests and to deny refund claims in cases involving user error, geographic eligibility violations, VPN usage, account sharing, or any other breach of these Terms. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact with the Company will be actively disputed.

In no event shall the Company's total aggregate liability to any user exceed the total amount paid by such user to the Company for the subscription giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

9.1 Termination by User

Termination will take effect at the end of the current billing or subscription period. No pro-rated refunds will be issued for early termination, except where required by applicable consumer protection law.

9.2 Termination by the Company

The Company reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate a user's account and access to the Services, at its sole discretion, without prior notice and without liability, in the event that:

— The user is found to be in breach of any provision of these Terms.

— The user engages in any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity in connection with the Services.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law principles. For users located in the United States, disputes may additionally be subject to applicable U.S. federal and state laws, as determined by a court of competent jurisdiction.

10.2 Jurisdiction

The parties agree that any legal proceedings arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Amsterdam, the Netherlands, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws in the user's country of residence.

10.3 Informal Dispute Resolution

Prior to initiating any formal legal proceedings, users are required to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting the Company at Watch@IPTVSubscription.me and describing the nature of the dispute in detail. The Company will endeavor to respond to all formal dispute notifications within fifteen (15) business days. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within sixty (60) days of the initial notification, either party may pursue formal legal remedies.

11.1 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) & Know Your Customer (KYC)

The Company is committed to compliance with all applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws and regulations, including but not limited to the EU Anti-Money Laundering Directives (AMLD), the U.S. Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), and the applicable AML legislation of Singapore. The Company may, at its discretion, request identity verification documentation from users prior to or during the subscription process, in order to comply with KYC obligations and to prevent fraudulent activity.

11.2 Export Controls & Sanctions

The Services must not be used by any person or entity that is subject to international trade sanctions, export control restrictions, or who is listed on any government-maintained list of prohibited or restricted persons, including but not limited to the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) List, the EU Consolidated Financial Sanctions List, or equivalent regulatory lists maintained by the Government of Singapore or the Kingdom of the Netherlands.

11.3 Consumer Protection

The Company acknowledges and respects the consumer protection rights afforded to users under applicable law, including those arising under EU Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights, the Dutch Civil Code (Burgerlijk Wetboek), and equivalent consumer protection legislation in the United States and Singapore. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any mandatory statutory right afforded to consumers that cannot be waived by contract.

12. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for any delay or failure in the performance of its obligations under these Terms arising directly or indirectly from causes beyond the Company's reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, pandemic, epidemic, war, terrorism, civil unrest, governmental actions or regulations, cyberattacks or large-scale infrastructure failures, industrial disputes not involving the Company's own employees, or any other event constituting a force majeure under applicable law. In the event of a force majeure, the Company will notify affected users as promptly as practicable and will use commercially reasonable efforts to restore service.

13. Modifications to Terms

Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered users by email to the address associated with their account and/or by a prominent notice on the Website, at least fourteen (14) days prior to the effective date of the change, unless a shorter notice period is required by applicable law. Users who continue to use the Website or Services after the effective date of any modification to these Terms will be deemed to have accepted the updated Terms. If a user does not agree to the modified Terms, they must cease using the Services prior to the effective date of the changes.

14. Severability

A waiver of any particular provision or breach shall not constitute a waiver of any future breach of the same or any other provision. 17. Assignment
