9. Termination

Termination will take effect at the end of the current billing or subscription period. No pro-rated refunds will be issued for early termination, except where required by applicable consumer protection law.

9.2 Termination by the Company

The Company reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate a user's account and access to the Services, at its sole discretion, without prior notice and without liability, in the event that:

For users located in the United States, disputes may additionally be subject to applicable U.S. federal and state laws, as determined by a court of competent jurisdiction.

10.2 Jurisdiction

The parties agree that any legal proceedings arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Amsterdam, the Netherlands, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws in the user's country of residence.

11.2 Export Controls & Sanctions

The Services must not be used by any person or entity that is subject to international trade sanctions, export control restrictions, or who is listed on any government-maintained list of prohibited or restricted persons, including but not limited to the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) List, the EU Consolidated Financial Sanctions List, or equivalent regulatory lists maintained by the Government of Singapore or the Kingdom of the Netherlands.

11.3 Consumer Protection

The Company acknowledges and respects the consumer protection rights afforded to users under applicable law, including those arising under EU Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights, the Dutch Civil Code (Burgerlijk Wetboek), and equivalent consumer protection legislation in the United States and Singapore. 12. Force Majeure

14. Severability

A waiver of any particular provision or breach shall not constitute a waiver of any future breach of the same or any other provision.
